DESERT ISLAND DISCS.
Thanks to my parents, my childhood soundtrack was the dulcet tones of Radio 4’s Terry Wogan and Kirsty Young, Queen, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones and of course George Michael. So be warned (and prepared) , my favourite office icebreaker is ‘What are your desert island discs?’
COOK.
Some collect stamps, others husbands, whereas I’m a cookbook fanatic.
I’ve also inherited an incredible 60s recipe Rolodex. I’m attempting to reimagine dishes like ‘banana topped milk chicken’ with a lot of 21st-century tweaks.
CRAFTER.
When I’m not cooking, or cooking up ads, I can be found stitching, patching or mending. My most recent project is a hand-embroidered feminist pillow.

PLANTER.
During the lockdown, I turned my green thumbs toward my building’s shared garden. Since then, our little gardening community has blossomed, and together we’ve created a bee-friendly wildflower patch, a mini greenhouse for veggies and planted seed potatoes.
EXPLORER.
In a "normal" year, my holidays and weekends are occupied with hiking, camping, sailing, skiing, exploring new countries and their cultures.
